By sending the above request to the SATE company, I hereby give consent, according to article 11 of Italian Law 675/96, to the treatment by the company of any data contained herein- including eventual data according to article 22 of the same cited Italian Law 675/96-regarding of which the company reserves the right to use under the terms defined by the law-also whenever the treatment consists of communicating the data to outside companies controlled or connected to the company. I also hereby declare, beyond the act of conferring my own personal data, adequately informed regarding article 10 of Italian Law 675/96, where it includes the rights in relation to the treatment of the data consented, which derive from article 13 of the same Italian Law 675/96.
